Propuesta FF 2026 - Febrero_26 (1)

This document is an exclusive commercial proposal for Envia Fulfillment’s Madrid Fulfillment Center, valid from January 2026. It is structured as a complete overview of how Envia would manage an e-commerce operation end to end: inbound inventory, storage, order preparation, packaging, shipping, returns, and optional add-on services, followed by the main terms and conditions.

The proposal begins with a value proposition that positions Envia Fulfillment as an established fulfillment provider for e-commerce, citing more than five years of operating experience across multiple countries and continued expansion. It emphasizes a service model designed to adapt to each business, supported by automation and integrations with a wide range of e-commerce platforms, plus an in-house warehouse management system intended to enable tailored operational rules and reporting.

To standardize operations and pricing, products are grouped into size/weight categories: XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL, defined by weight ranges per product or box (from 0–2 kg in XS up to 50+ kg in XXL). These categories are then used consistently throughout the service and pricing sections.

The inbound process (inventory reception) includes unloading, physical counting, a general condition check, and registering items into Envia’s inventory system. The document notes that inbound shipments must comply with Envia’s receiving guidelines and references a manual for requirements; pricing for inbound reception appears as negotiable depending on the product category.

Storage is described as a transparent and competitive model charged by cubic meters per month, with tiered brackets (e.g., 0–5 m⊃3;, 5.1–20 m⊃3;, 20.1–50 m⊃3;, 50+ m⊃3;). The proposal highlights that the fee covers secure storage and proper conservation conditions, while the actual rates are marked as negotiable.

Order preparation (picking and packing) is priced per unit and varies by product category and monthly volume tiers (less than 300 units up to more than 5,001), with an additional fee for extra products included in the same order. Packaging supplies are listed separately: some standard mailers are included at no cost, while boxes and protective materials are negotiable.

For shipping, Envia states it works with major courier companies and provides sample national delivery pricing by weight and service level (e.g., 24-hour provincial, regional, and peninsular options). Returns management is also covered end to end—receiving the returned product, assessing its condition, and reintegrating it into inventory when appropriate—priced per return order by product category.

Finally, the terms specify that operations take place at the logistics center in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid), that prices exclude VAT and fuel surcharges, that services are billed monthly (between the 1st and 5th), that volumetric weight rules apply, and that there is a minimum monthly billing amount. The document closes with a brief call to collaborate and a contact email for the Madrid fulfillment team.
