Press and hold Button B to enter setting mode
Use Button C to advance values
Press Button B again to move through fields (hours → minutes → seconds → date, etc.)
Press Button A to exit and return to normal operation
After battery change, the module must be reset to function properly.
Open the case back with the appropriate tool
Remove the old SR1120W battery using plastic tweezers
Insert the new battery, observing polarity
Locate the AC (All Clear) contact near the battery
Short the AC terminal to the battery’s negative terminal using metal tweezers for 1–2 seconds
LCD will briefly flash all segments, then revert to the default time mode
Failure to perform this reset may result in a blank or frozen display.
No lubrication needed – fully electronic module
LCD aging (fading or segment loss) is not repairable and requires module replacement
Alarm issues often relate to dirty piezo contacts – clean with a fiberglass brush
Button stiffness may be caused by oxidation – clean internals if needed
Most models are not highly water-resistant; avoid full immersion
